By downloading or using Jazzr, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Jazzr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Jazzr Pro Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchase and refund terms are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We have no control over Apple's refund process.

Your Jazzr Pro entitlement is tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the “Restore Purchase” option in the app's settings.

Jazzr Pro is also available as an auto-renewing subscription, billed either monthly (Jazzr Pro Monthly) or yearly (Jazzr Pro Annual), unlocking all Pro features for the length of the subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown for the subscription at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, or sublicense the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the app

All content in Jazzr, including the music theory engine, voicing algorithms, UI, and educational content, is the property of Humam Abo Alraja. These terms do not grant you any rights to that intellectual property beyond the license described above.

The music theory content in Jazzr is provided for educational and practice purposes only. It does not constitute professional music instruction and does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes.

Jazzr is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Humam Abo Alraja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
